The brightest gem in Victoria's portfolio, the Malvasia Aromática Seca '18 is as impressive as ever. As it is with all of her wines it ferments with indigenous yeasts, in this case for nine months in three different old foudres. After the fermentation ended she let the wines rest for a couple of months before blending them.
