100% white Muscat (50-year old vines) from a high elevation site in the Argentine Andes. Grapes were destemmed and fermented with ambient yeast. 5 days of skin contact. Unfiltered and unfined with minimal sulfur. Aged for 8 months on the lees in concrete eggs. Lively, with surprising acidity and texture from the skins. Aromatic notes of dried flowers, citrus peels, preserved apricots, and a touch of tea-like tannin.
