Organic blend of Grenache and Syrah from a tiny 1.5 hectare plot. Hand harvested, spontaneous fermentation, carbonic maceration, no added sulfur, unfined/unfiltered. Matured in barriques. 2018 was the first vintage for this young winemaker, who spent 7 years working for legendary Tavel producer Domaine L'Anglore.
