Attila Pálffy is a seventh generation winemaker in the northern Hungarian village of Köveskál. P.A.N.K. (Pálffy Attila Natural Köveskál) started as Pálffy's natural wine side project, an homage to his love of punk music and culture, and quickly became his full-time job when the wines became a major sensation. The P.A.N.K. project is run by Attila and his fiancée Orsolya, and consists of small-batch natural wines made in experimental styles. The family's organic vineyards are on Pannonian limestone, volcanic basalt rock and red sandstone. The winery is certified organic.

The Magnum P.I.nk Pét-Nat 2022 is the former Pink Punk Pét-Nat, now in a 1.5 L magnum bottle. It is 100% Pinot Noir. Whole cluster pressing, with two months of fermentation in bottle. The wine remained in bottle for 6 months before release. The Magnum P.I.nk is vibrant, with flavors of violet, strawberry and cranberry. Unfined, unfiltered and not disgorged. Zero sulfur added

Harvest: The harvest took place in early September. Grapes were picked by hand.
Varietals: 100% Pinot Noir.
Soil and estate: The grapes come from the Pellengér vineyard in Köveskál. The slope faces southward
and has limestone and volcanic basalt soils. The vine stocks were planted in 2015 with a one cane
pruned cordon system.
Fermentation: Whole cluster pressing. Fermentation was spontaneous with native yeasts.
Fermentation was on the skins. After removing the skins, fermentation continued in the bottle under
stabilized conditions for three months. Fermentation considerably lengthy in 2021. The wines remained
in bottle after fermentation for four months before release.
