La Stoppa... We love you. One of the big names of natural wine making in Italy, farming organic since the 1990’s. Native yeasts, no sulfur. This Trebbiolo is made of 60% Barbera and 40% Croatina, using the youngest, most productive vines creating a wine that is structured, but vibrant and with maybe the most pleasant tannins we know, they’re there but just roll over your tongue. At this value, this is serious stuff. Plums, blackberries, big, juicy, peppery, a little rustic but refreshing at the same time. So good!
