Nested in the village of Valreas (in the the heart of the Enclave des Papes), Domaine du Séminaire has remained in the Pouizin family for four generations. Hervé Pouizin has inherited the respect of traditions and natural balances and continues this philosophy. Run under an organic program, the vines are spread through the lavender fields and truffle oaks. Winery uses vats from 1938.
