60% Touriga-Franca, 10% Touriga-National, 10% Tinta-Barroca, 10% Touriga-Roriz, 10% Sousao
From 40 year old vines planted to 5 hectares of shale soils. All grapes are hand-harvested on the same day, undergoes sorting in the cellar, de-stemmed and macerated for one week before spontaneous fermentation begins in lagar with indigenous yeasts with temperature control. Aged in stainless steel for three years.
