"An over-night direct press of Pinot Noir. Fermentation outside for about 6 months, then in barriques for another 4 ½ years. We love this wine. The oxidation is just there, but without being too much – so light, that it’s still gives space to many other characteristic Pinot Noir- flavours and beautiful acidity."
