a brand new elegant volcanic white from Hungary that does see a bit of skin contact but doesn't really drink like an orange - very clean, mineral driven

farming/cellar: organic, soft pruning, Oliver selected perfectly healthy hand picked bunches. 75% fermented as whole bunches in tanks, while the other 25% had been destemmed and fermented on the skin for 2 weeks. Blending occurred after pressing. After this small portion was matured in new Hungarian Kádár oak for 8 months, while a larger portion matured in a porous plastic tank (flex cube) for 8 months. Minimal amount of sulfur added right before bottling
