The Brand Brothers were first in Germany to make Pet'Nat style wines. Their forward thinking is evident in all of the wines they produce. This bottling is fresh and lively- a blend of Weissburgunder and Slyvaner that is fermented with wild yeasts in tank and old barrel. Lees aged for "a long time". The brothers know when it's ready. Trust them! Crisp green apple, citrus and that minerality we all love but don't really know what the hell it means.
