Fresh, lively, and bursting with aromas of pomegranate seeds, rhubarb, and red flower petals. Lighter bodied with great acidity and notes of wild red berries, spice, and mineral undertones. Fermented in fiber glass and briefly matured in old Burgundy barrels for three months. Organically farmed, minimal sulfur, unfined/unfiltered. vegan friendly.
