50% Pinot Noir, 50% Gamay

Biodynamic Certified Vineyard Gamay and Pinot Noir planted in the Gevrey parcel known as Grand Champs, located near the border of the village.

Soi - Clay-limestone

fruit is hand-harvested.

Vinified in tank, zero sulfur additions, wild yeast fermentation.

Aged in combination of foudre and tank. A smidge of sulfur is added at bottling.

Production - Very limited

This wine, A Minima, represents Trapet's philosophy of minimal handling and minimal sulpher additions...letting nature do the talking, if you will. This is as delicious as Passetoutgrain gets folks!
