Los Huañiles, Curicó Valley. Vineyard planted in 2004 and with intense use of animals such as geese, ducks and turkeys for pest control. Surrounded by other organic crops such as cherries and pumpkins. Floors mainly basalt and granite.
winemaker: Luca Hodgkinson. Born and raised in Priorat, Catalonia. A master in Bordeaux, he has deliberately "unlearned" much of what he had learned academically. Responsible for the organic reconversion of François Lurton's vineyards in Chile and Argentina, he currently advises several sincere wine projects in Chile.

farming/cellar: Certified organic agriculture, focusing on giving maximum autonomy to the field, amplifying the existing life in the soil and subsoil, so that we have to intervene as little as possible. No pesticides or herbicides of any kind. carefully selected organic grapes, fermented with their native yeasts in (The bunches are destemmed and the berries are gravity fed) into 500 and 700 liter clay jars, where fermentation lasts about 1 month at its own pace, they then continue 10-month maceration in clay amphora jars, without temperature control, ambient yeast, zero zero wine unfined unfiltered and without addition of sulphites.
pairing: Tagine Chicken preserved lemons, Indian food specifically Chicken Tikka Masala or Harissa BBQ Gambas. It pairs very well with Japanese food, hot or cold, such as fatty fish sashimi and ramen. Thai and Cantonese cuisine.
