Practicing organic, Pauline is a 3rd generation winemaker who is truly taking her family’s estate into the future. After spending time as a sommelier in France & abroad, she returned home to grow and produce her first vintage in 2018. Avg. 50-year-old vines, granite-rose soils, indigenous yeast, 12-day maceration, aged 8 mos. in steel & concrete, no sulfites added, unfined/unfiltered. Fruit forward, yes, chugable ,yes, but also multi-dimensional finshing with a slighly darker brooding undertone.
