Husband-and-wife team Hans-Bert and Silke Wolf win the best winemakers name contest by far and their wine’s not bad either. it’s fantastic! in a region dominated by heavy, cumbersome, oak-and-alcohol-laden ones theirs are inspired, delicate and polished. The microclimate is cooled by the influence of the Black Forest and volcanic soils translate to wines of lower alcohol and higher acidity You asked for it and we got it - a Pinot Noir on the value table we can all stand behind. Named after the couple's cellar dog Lilly who passed away in 2014.

delicate, polished, energetic. pretty pale ruby color. nose of woodsmoke, eucalyptus, wild forest red berries, a noticeable volcanic mineral core, a bit of tannic grip and bright but balanced acidity.
