a 70/30 blend of pinot noir (rodriguez family vineyard, willamette valley) and syrah (mcallister vineyard, columbia gorge); aged in concrete, neutral barrel, and stainless tank... bright, and with just a hint of that je-ne-sais-quoi - dusty red fruit and white pepper meet tangy fruit leather and a fig bitten right off from the tree

pure and delicate, bright and aromatic and with lovely spice on the finish - everything you could ask for from an honest natural wine!  

The wine is unfined and unfiltered, with no manipulations beyond total sulfur addition of 22pm. rodriguez is farmed organically and was planted in 2000.

Winemaker Tyler Magyar moved  from New York, and his small operation is an urban winery. This medium-bodied blend of Pinot Noir and Syrah uses fruit from the Willamette Valley and Columbia Gorge. Pair with a Thai brunch spread.
